From a century old estate to a south-east Asian backyard paradise to carnivorous plants, this overnight trip was dominated by spectacular gardens that surprisingly are tended by few people. Domaine Joly de Lotbiniere in Sainte-Croix, Roger Van Den Hende Botanical Gardens in Quebec City, Les Jardins de Vos Reves in Saint-Ferdinand and Parc Marie-Victorin in Kingsey Falls.
