Well finally, a spot of good news. Your executive has decided to hold our Annual General Meeting of the Hudson Garden Club at the Hudson Yacht Club, located at 10 Yacht Club Road. There will be plenty of parking and lots of room inside for our members. The date of the AGM will remain the same, Tuesday, April 16th. Just a different location. Membership and bus trip registration will start at 7:00 pm with the meeting to commence at 7:30 pm.
The only downside is that we will not be able to offer you a free glass of wine. However, there will be a bartender present and you will be able to purchase a refreshment.
Looking forward to seeing all of you Tuesday evening.

By now, you have probably heard about the devastating news of the fire that has befallen our lovely meeting place, St. James Anglican church. Seeing the picture of smoke rising from the roof top of the church this morning was incredibly disheartening. Our thoughts and prayers are with the parishioners of St. James and we hope that all are safe.
Because of what could be severe water and smoke damage, this location for our AGM on the 16th is definitely in jeopardy. Your board of directors are presently in the process of trying to locate another venue to hold our AGM. Please stay tuned for further updates and possible date changes. We will keep you abreast of all that is happening. We thank you for your patience.

The meeting will be held at the St. James Anglican Church Hall in Hudson.
